Course Description: The course will introduce the key concepts, actors, structures and processes of foreign policy making. It will discuss the main mechanisms in decision-making and will also deal with different levels of analysis.
General objective of
the course: This course aims at helping students develop their knowledge about foreign policy analysis. Another
objective of the course is directing students to think critically complex foreign policy decisions and to
discuss current foreign policy issues.
Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this course the students will have developed skills in;
Identifying important factors that impact on foreign policy decisions
Analyzing impact of actors and factors on foreign policy
Evaluating complex foreign policy decisions
Discussion current foreign policy decisions
