The
course will cover the fundamentals of digital transformation and innovation
management, including global trends in e-government and the digital economy,
emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and digital
platforms, digital governance and policy frameworks, measurement of digital
transformation, data-driven innovation, and real-world case studies. It
examines how digital technologies reshape organizations, public policy, and
value creation from an international perspective.
