This course introduces students to the key ethical concepts and theories on business ethics,  and application of these concepts and theories to businesses. This course will encourage critical thinking and ethical argumentation about current ethical dilemmas and issues which may arise in business practice. Topics to be covered include normative and descriptive ethical theories,  relationship between ethics and law, business ethics in relation to shareholders, employees, consumers, suppliers, civil society, government and regulation. Both theory and application will be discussed through case studies.
